Hello, my name is Morgana, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer based in Courtenay, BC, proudly serving the Comox Valley communities. My mission is to guide you toward discovering the vast possibilities within yourself. Fitness isn’t just about how you look; it’s about how you feel, move, and live.

My lifelong love of movement naturally led me into a career in fitness. As a former marathon runner, I understand the physical and mental demands of training and bring that perspective into how I support my clients today.
I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, guiding women through pregnancy, recovery, and beyond with personalized support. I also offer functional training that develops strength, flexibility, and mobility for everyday life.
