Hi, I’m Morgana. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre and postnatal fitness, and I’m also a mom of two. I understand this season from both sides of the table.

When I was pregnant, I searched everywhere for clear, trustworthy answers. What I found was mostly generic, confusing, or just not built for what my body was actually going through. As a trainer, I knew there had to be something better.
