Training is adapted to your stage, energy, and clearance from your healthcare provider. Exercises use safe progressions and modifications; always follow your clinician’s guidance for your situation.

Timing depends on your birth experience and medical clearance. After you are cleared to exercise, coaching focuses on gradual core and pelvic floor integration, then building strength at a sustainable pace.

Prenatal and postpartum work follows specialist training: trimester-aware load, breath and pressure strategies, and recovery-first progressions. It is not the same as a generic fat-loss or performance program.
